Objectives of the Course Objectives of this course is to manifest opinions about liberty binding punishment and pecuniary punishment and to teach about different types of imprisonment and amercement; principles of enforcement law and prison discipline law.
Course Content This course examines differences between security measures and criminal measures; particularly the relation between individual and state during the execution of sentences.
