Objectives of the Course To teach how a criminal trial is to be made in a country with a rule of law, Showing the roles, responsibilities, rights and authorities of subjects taking part in the criminal procedure
Course Content The content of this course includes the aim and functions of criminal trials, the branches of this legal discipline, the application of criminal procedures in accordance with time, person and place, the conditions for the criminal trial, the functions and characteristics of investigation in criminal trial, the subjects of investigations in criminal trial, collecting the evidences in the investigation stage, control measures and getting results after the investigation stage.
