Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to enable the students to have information about the basic principles and subjects of Family Law branches and to be able to make comments and apply their knowledge to the concrete events.
Course Content
Principles of Family Law, engagement, marriage, divorce institutions, provisions of the genealogy, the same concept of rights, possession and land registry, the same rights except property and property; Fundamental concepts of Law of Inheritance, regulation of inheritance law in law, death-related savings forms.
