1 At the end of this course, the student; - Will be able to recognize the concepts related to medical documentation, basic features of medical documents - Explain the importance and usage areas of medical records,
2 Will be able to interpret the qualitative and quantitative analysis of patient files, - Patient numbering and sequencing methods, patient files will be able to recognize indexes used in archives. - The architectural structure and features of the patient files archive, the departments and functions of the patient files archive, the organizational models in the patient files archives, explains the management and organization of the patient files archive.
3 Your medical records explains the scope and methods of regulation, - Knows the legal regulations on the responsibility, legal status, confidentiality, security and privacy of medical records.
