Objectives of the Course It is aimed to improve English skills in terms of fluency and accuracy when speaking, listening and writing in aviation contexts and increase work-related vocabulary.
Course Content The main concepts of cabin crew (history, career path, and challenges and rewards). Flight attendants’ duties and responsibilities during preflight, cruise, landing in line with the regarding rules and procedures. Making announcements. Greeting passengers, solving problems, explaining meals and other services, duty free sales, preparations for landing. Ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers as well as the flight crew. Practices will be conducted at Mockup.
