It is aimed to improve English skills in terms of fluency and accuracy in speaking, listening and writing in the context of aviation and gaining understanding and use of occupational terminology.

Course Content
|
The main concepts of cabin crew (history, career path, and challenges and rewards). Flight attendants’ duties, responsibilities. Greeting passengers, solving problems, explaining meals and other services, duty free sales, health issues, safety and emergency procedures and equipment, preparations for landing. Takeoff, climbing, en route, approaching, descending and landing stages. Unruly passengers and the ways to deal with them.
