Objectives of the Course Understanding the organization, duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, gaining skills in cabin comfort, passenger satisfaction and prevention of passenger complaints.
Course Content Cabin crew in history, requirements to be a flight attendant, duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, cabin crew training, certification and promotion principles, documents and certificates that cabin crew are obliged to carry, duties and responsibilities of the First officer and Captain, Cabin crew briefing and de-briefing, Civil aviation inspections, appearance and personal behavior of the cabin crew, considerations in the use of uniforms, comfort in the cabin, dimensions of cabin comfort, maintaining the standard in cabin comfort, passenger satisfaction, passenger types, passenger reasons for complaints, communication-perception-prejudices, personality, factors affecting personality, personality disorders, behavior, factors to be considered in solving passenger complaints, professionalism in passenger relations, general characteristics and lifestyle of cabin crew formation, what to do in case of incapacity crew, cabin crew health measures, sickness on the day of duty, crew flight-duty and rest limits, cabin crew discipline rules, points to be considered in hotel accommodation duties.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 To know the basic information about cabin crew, to adopt the requirements to become a flight attendant.
2 Learning the concepts of organization and responsibilities while performing the job of cabin crew.
3 To learn the concepts about the appearance and personal behavior of the cabin crew, the points to be considered in the use of uniforms.
4 To have skills on issues such as standard in cabin comfort, how to behave according to passenger types, passenger satisfaction.
5 Communication, perception, prejudices, personality, behavior, etc., both by the passenger and by himself, in his relationship with the passenger. To gain skills in the prevention of complaints that may occur due to factors.
6 To have knowledge about concepts such as team formation, flight-duty and rest limits, incapacity crew, health and discipline rules, hotel accommodation rules.
