Teaching CNC programing and machine students to prepare to busines life

Course Content
|
NC and its historical development, binary and decimal number systems, punched tape and coding systems, AC and DC motors, step motors, digital readers, countershaft system, tools and machine tools, CNC machine tools and their classification, horizontally and vertically situated and multi purpose machines. Feed-cross slide systems, work tables, table changers, rotary table jigs. Programming a piece on a revolving type of machine, defining tools and creating a tool registry, resetting pieces and tools, headstock, general and auxiliary functions, jig and loading instructions and sequence of operations, coning, groove machining, control of the trajectory, the quality of the surface, the correlation between the speed of cutting and the speed of progress, productivity, unscrewing and writing a subprogram, types of axes and their control at milling type of CNC machines.
