Objectives of the Course The principle of polymer chemistry details, distribution, chemical structures of polymers, their properties, synthesis methods and recording are to teach.
Course Content In this course, students are introduced to the basic concepts of polymer chemistry. In this context, the historical development of polymers, classification, structure, thermal properties, factors affecting glass transition temperature and crystallinity, molecular weight of polymers, synthesis of polymers, polymerization processes, processing and polymer additives are explained with examples on known polymers.
