Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to learn the concept of mass and mass communication and its historical development process and to comprehend and analyze the mass communication system with the knowledge about the basic theoretical approaches in mass communication.
Course Content The content of this course is to explain the basic mass communication theories, to create a theoretical infrastructure in order to gain the ability to make evaluations about mass communication processes and to provide an understanding of mass communication processes through examples.
