Objectives of the Course Explanation of the basic features and working principles of semiconductors, basic circuit elements used in the field of power electronics, industrial sensors, converters, making transistor and operational amplifier (Op-amp) circuit solutions, design and implementation of power electronics circuits using the Proteus program
Course Content Semiconductors, basic circuit elements of power electronics (diode, diac, triac, scr, gto, bjt, fet, mosfet, igbt etc.), transistor circuits and circuit solutions, operational amplifier circuits (Op-amp) and circuit solutions, industrial sensors, converters (AC-DC, AC-DC, DC-AC, DC-DC), power electronic circuit design and implementation with Proteus
