Objectives of the Course Traditional technology transition to digital technology, digital photography, and this is the determining factor in the process of predictive software and hardware intended to enhance the unlimited possibilities of creativity.
Course Content Technological developments and new products, photography and entertainment-consumption of the branch, the cornerstone of a solid basic oluşturmaktadır.Dersin content and image processing techniques include the use of digital and analog machines.
Course Methods and Techniques Dersler, görsel sunumlar, tartışmalar ve analizlerle desteklenir. Öğrenciler, dönem boyunca çeşitli ödevler ve projeler yaparak öğrendiklerini pekiştirirler.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 They learn the fundamental concepts and techniques of photography; understand how to take photographs in manual and automatic modes.
2 They gain proficiency in using professional cameras and accessories; apply various lens and lighting techniques.
3 They learn the principles of visual composition and framing; apply aesthetic and artistic values in their photographs.
4 They learn post-production techniques using digital photo editing software; enhance their photographs aesthetically.

1 Discussion of new oppotunities came with digital phtography that incorporated traditional photography and computer supported processes
2 Evaluation of digital photography, its importance, contribution and effectiveness in graphic design processes; introduction of software and technical tools used in this field
3 Review of previous Photoshop lessons, including photoshop menus, filters, applications and uses of Adobe Photoshop
4 Review of coloring, shading, clearing, and merging tools on photographs
5 Panoramic Photographs; introduction, shooting techniques. Technical information with merging multiple frames (at least 7) through transferring onto computer
6 Technical information about color and perspective corrections on merged frames
7 Theoretical information and examples about manipulation techniques, how to manipulate photographic images
8 Turning in assignments, and critique of products

10 Experiments, practices, interpretation and discussions of personality characteristics, concepts, and emotions expressed through photography
11 Examples and practices of meaning transfer and transition within use of Photoshop tools. Concept study and practices
12 Color seperation, color settings and adjustments for print production.
13 Introduction of color combinations and color systems used in Off-set print and digital print processes.
