Objectives of the Course
|
This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of contracts law within the context of international trade and finance. Students will gain an understanding of the basic concepts, legal philosophies, and core topics in the law of obligations. Emphasis will be placed on practical application and real-world examples relevant to students pursuing careers in international trade and finance.

Course Content
|
The content of this course includes the general principles of the law of obligations, the basic concepts of the law of obligations, the sources of debt and especially the contracts, the establishment of the contract, the requirement and acceptance, the capacity to make a contract, error, deception, intimidation, excessive utilization, contractual obligations, debt execution and torts annd debts arising from unjust enrichment.
