Objectives of the Course The course aim to provide the students with a theorethical and pragmatic approach that will guide the formulation and implementation of strategic management approach and its corporate, business, and functional strategies.
Course Content This course focuses on key aspects of strategic management and techniques that are used for strategic management practices. It will concentrate on both practical and theorethical aspects, analytical approaches and on enduring successful strategic practices. It is designed with an international and global outlook since this orientation in many ways highlights the significant emerging trends in strategic management.
Course Methods and Techniques This course will use a combination of mid and final exams, accompanied by class discussions, individual presentations that promotes class participation.

Student active participation via Presentations (with a role of presenter and commentator) & Session Contributions (during the term) will be encouraged and graded.

Student can choose one of the sub-topics/chapter of the required text book or alternatively he/she can choose a paper/article/independent research related with the topic for his/her session presentation.

The course content and applied techniques are designed to provide theoretical and practical information on strategic management as well as to increase the student's skills such as presentation, information compilation, synthesis, interpretation and communication.

As a method for ensuring participatory group discussions, video materials such as TedX talks or youtube videos can be used in the sessions.
