Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide students comprehend the biomechanical behaviors of different body tissues during loading and the biomechanics of the joints.
Course Content In this course; general concepts related to biomechanics, body coordinate system, kinetic and kinematic evaluation, bone tissue, muscle tissue, collagen tissue, cartilage tissue and biomechanical properties of these tissues, joints, joint lever systems, posture, spine, pelvis, hip, knee and upper extremity joints and biomechanical properties of these joints subjects are included.
