Objectives of the Course Providing students with basic information about the place of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques in therapeutic exercises and their neurophysiological effect mechanisms, to enable them to understand PNF exercises and techniques and to gain the ability to apply them.
Course Content Basic principles of PNF techniques, Basic applications in PNF tech-niques, special techniques in PNF, Auxiliary agents and different usage patterns in PNF, scapula and pelvis patterns, upper limb patterns, lower limb patterns, head-neck-body patterns, PNF appli-cations in cushion exercises, Walking, Facilitation of proximal vital functions and facial PNF techniques
