Objectives of the Course Development of appropriate physiotherapy planning with pediatric physiotherapy approaches, measurement and evaluation methods and follow-up of development
Course Content In this course; motor development, motor learning and motor control theories, normal motor development stages, reflex reactions, postural control mechanisms, risky newborn assessment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in risky baby, early mobilization, positioning, carrying techniques, family education, movement analysis in preterm babies, Definition of cerebral palsy, causes and classification of cerebral palsy, evaluation methods in cerebral palsy, usage in ICF and SP, GMFM, GMFCS, MACS, orthopedic problems in cerebral palsy, physical and orthopedic evaluation in cerebral palsy, spasticity-specific evaluation methods, causes of deformity in cerebral palsy and treatment approaches, protective and functional physiotherapy in cerebral palsy, operations and medical treatments in cerebral palsy, physiotherapy approaches in children with cerebral palsy, Bobath Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach, Early rehabilitation in Bobath treatment method (special holding positions, positioning), Bobath treatment approach Practical applications and landscaping based on the principles of facilitation, stimulation and communication, neuromuscular diseases, genetics and classification of neuromuscular diseases, clinical features of muscular dystrophies, evaluation in muscular dystrophies, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in muscular dystrophies, clinical features of spinal muscular atrophies, evaluation in spinal muscular atrophies, Physiotherapy and rehabilitation in muscular atrophies, clinical features of obstetric brachial plexus injuries, evaluation in obstetric brachial plexus injuries, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in obstetric brachial plexus injuries, clinical features of developmental muscular torticollis, evaluation of developmental muscular torticollis, clinical features of developmental muscular torticollis, spitation evaluation in spina bifida, physiotherapy and rehabilitation of spina bifida, pervasive developmental disorders and Assessment in autism, pervasive developmental disorders and physiotherapy and rehabilitation in autism, evaluation in mental motor retardation, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in mental motor retardation, evaluation in Down Syndrome and physiotherapy and rehabilitation in Down Syndrome.
