Objectives of the Course
|
To evaluate the basic principles of pulmonary physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques, pathologies that cause respiratory system disorders, physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches. Recognition of this problem in patients with respiratory problems, evaluation of patients with appropriate evaluation methods, selection of respiratory physiotherapy approaches and pulmonary rehabilitation applications, and planning and implementation of the appropriate treatment program for the patient.

Course Content
|
This course; pulmonary system anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, pathophysiology and examination of diseases, evaluation and treatment methods used in pulmonary rehabilitation, exercise tests in pulmonary diseases, techniques and applications used in pulmonary rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, restrictive lung diseases and pulmonary arterial hypertension , pulmonary physiotherapy applications in intensive care, pulmonary physiotherapy in neonatals, pulmonary rehabilitation in pediatric patients, pulmonary case analysis.
