Objectives of the Course
|
To teach the determination of the nutritional status of sick and healthy individuals by using the methods used in determining the nutritional status of the individual and the society and the nutritional status screening tests/tools.

Community nutrition, community health dietitian and nutritional epidemiology, Methods of determining nutritional status, Anthropometric measurements, Clinical symptoms, Biochemical and biophysical methods, Food consumption studies, Health statistics; Age-specific mortality and morbidity rates, etc., Nutritional status screening tests/tools, Application of anthropometric measurements, Application, evaluation, reporting of individual food consumption research
