Objectives of the Course
|
To learn the definition, etiology, complications, clinical symptoms and medical nutrition treatments of liver diseases, alcoholism, gallbladder and pancreas diseases, kidney diseases, infection, AIDS, cancer, burns, allergy, respiratory diseases, neurological and psychiatric diseases. to make practical application, to teach food-drug interaction, pre-post operative nutrition, test diets, enteral-parenteral nutrition methods and application.
