Objectives of the Course To teach the basic principles of nutrition, which is an important part of sports performance, nutritional practices to increase performance and ergogenic supports, body composition and nutritional characteristics of athletes with special conditions.
Course Content Interaction of exercise, nutrition and health, energy and macronutrients of athletes, micronutrients of athletes, nutritional characteristics before, during and after training / competition, importance of fluid consumption, ergogenic aid, body composition and weight control, nutritional characteristics in exercise in different conditions
