Objectives of the Course It is the determination, evaluation and interpretation of the nutritional status and nutritional habits of the society, raising the awareness and education of the individual and society on adequate and balanced nutrition.
Course Content To plan and conduct fieldwork in order to determine the nutritional status and eating habits of the society in health and disease situations, and to determine priorities; to gain knowledge and skills in evaluating the information obtained by themselves, making suggestions and reporting. To prepare training materials for different groups and subjects and to gain the ability to provide training. raising awareness and education of the individual and society on adequate and balanced nutrition and health, development of nutrition education programs/materials for special groups
