Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to give information about health law and related basic concepts, to give information about patient rights within the framework of national and international legislation, and to give general information about informed consent and medical malpractice in medical interventions.
Course Content This course covers basic human and patient rights, legal responsibilities of health personnel, ethical problems and solutions in the health sector, risky and priority areas in patient safety, communication and teamwork, medical errors, root cause analysis, employee health, ethical and legal issues in patient safety. covers size issues.
