Objectives of the Course It is aimed to observe the developmental characteristics of hospitalized children, their mental conditions, interaction of children, families, staff, games and play rooms in the hospital, hospital schools and to practice the field, to prepare a training program to prepare children and families for the hospital, and to gain skills. In addition, providing consultancy to the family of the child who will receive service from health institutions, I. and II. Studies that can be done for the development of children in step health institutions and to gain competencies related to the development of children with health problems.
Course Content Diseases and developmental characteristics of hospitalized children, preparation of children for the hospital environment and preparation and implementation of educational programs for hospitalized children.
