Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to teach the basic principles of special education, to provide information about individuals with special needs and to inform them about the factors that cause special needs. In addition, to give introductory information about different diagnosis groups, to give information about the development support programs required for the development of children with special needs and under risk.
