Objectives of the Course The basic concepts of the course, the development process of epidemiology in history, the areas of use of epidemiology, the health criteria used in determining the health level of the society, the clinical features of respiratory, digestive, skin-mucosa and blood transmitted diseases in our country, prevention and control, treatment, nursing. covers the principles of care.
Course Content Introduction to Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases Nursing course covers the basic concepts of epidemiology, all factors affecting public health, evaluation in terms of agent-environment-human characteristics and information on epidemiological research, prevention measures from infectious diseases, treatment and nursing care that are common in our country.

6 Infection factors and its occurrence, causes of disease formation, sources of transmission, epidemiology of infectious diseases, common infectious diseases and nursing care
7 Bulaşıcı hastalıkların epidemiyolojisi, sık görülen bulaşıcı hastalıklar ve hemşirelik bakımı.

9 Protection from infectious diseases, aseptic technical principles, vaccines, infection control and education of individuals, families, groups, communities and healthcare professionals.
