Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is; To explain the basic concepts of aesthetics, to inform about the concept of aesthetics in the historical process, to create a discussion environment on basic concepts such as aesthetics, art, artist, work of art and to enable questioning and evaluation.

Course Content
|
To explain, question, discuss and evaluate the concept of "aesthetics"; The content of the course consists of the acquired basic knowledge and evaluating and analyzing art and design works in the context of aesthetics and art philosophy in a historical context.

Course Methods and Techniques
|
Explaining theoretical information by supporting visual materials and examples. Giving research studies with assignments.
