Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to review the current, period, ecol, style characteristics of contemporary architecture and to examine the process and design approaches that are accepted as turning points in the development of architectural history.

Course Content
|
Within the scope of the course, the general attitude of 19th century architecture and the reactions to this attitude are explained. The trends and pioneer architects of 20th Century Rationalism are introduced. After 1960, new trends and their design philosophies were introduced.
