Objectives of the Course Urban planning and implementation to provide information on legal instruments. Introduce legislation and the application of these practices are legal instruments to examine problems.
Course Content Relationship between reconstruction laws and regulations with architecture. The legal framework for the planning, the planning stages, relevant central and local units in Turkey. Plans, objectives and implementation tools. Settlement densities and construction coefficients. And other important laws (Law on Environment, Coastal Law, Law on Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage, Tourism Law, etc.).. Reconstruction legislation, criticism, and examples of court decisions.

3 Gain knowledge about making decisions in accordance with nationally and internationally accepted values, contracts, agreements and regulations, and being able to guide society in the decisions taken.
4 Can understand court decisions in terms of the basic concepts on which planning is based.
5 Can show the relationship between the planning units and the concepts and plans that form the basis of planning.
6 Can identify the rules necessary for successful planning and design the appropriate framework.
