Objectives of the Course 1. Understanding constitutional concepts, 2. Gaining analytical skills necessary to interpret constitutional developments.
Course Content Constitutional Concepts, Constitutional Movements, Hierarchy of Norms, Unitary, Federalist and Regional (Autonomous) State Models, Separation of Powers, Political Systems: presidential system, semi-presidential system, and parliamentary system, Legislative Immunities, and Constitutional Jurisdiction
