Objectives of the Course 1. Learning the judicial organization enabling realization of subjective rights.
2. Distinguishing the theory of action and in which court and where a lawsuit is brought.
3. Understanding members of the judiciary and their rights and responsibilities.
Course Content In this course, the following topics will be covered: Subject and aim of the law of civil procedure, the history of Code of Civil Procedure, legal sources, importance of guarantees of civil procedure law, application of the rules in terms of their enforcement date, interpretation of provisions of civil procedure, procedural transactions, judicial organization, members of the judiciary, competence, venue, guarantees of civil procedure law, principles of civil procedure law, parties in civil action, joinder of parties, intervention to case, notification, periods, reinstatement, judicial recess, types of lawsuits, causes of action, preliminary objection, bringing lawsuit, the phase of pleadings.
