Objectives of the Course The aim of information law is to prevent the abuse of this network, which concerns the society, and to prevent harm to individuals. Information law will provide students with the ability to understand and interpret information systems that are constantly changing, renewing and developing.
Course Content At every point where informatics comes into contact, there are information law issues that need to be analysed by information law and that everyone should know. Here, information law issues consist of legal solutions related to these rapidly changing and developing areas. IT Law. On the one hand, it covers the issues in the field of commercial law and law of obligations, on the other hand, it consists of both criminal law and intellectual property law and many other branches of law.
