Objectives of the Course The rules of the course include the basic lists of those who want to study this subject in the future, teaching the basic functions of distribution management, the development of the management system and concepts such as management, manager, leadership and motivation, which are the basic concepts related to business management.
Course Content In order to demonstrate management skills appropriate to the uncertain and dynamic conditions of today's business world, basic concepts such as management, manager, organization, management process activities, and the historical development of management theories will be discussed with theoretical and practical examples.
