Dersin Amacı
|
Siyaset ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet dersinin amacı; öğrencilere siyasi kurum ve
süreçlerin doğası gereği nasıl toplumsal cinsiyet temelli olduğunu eleştirel bir
şekilde değerlendirme ve bunun demokratik katılım açısından doğurduğu
sonuçları kavrama yetisi kazandıracak analitik araçları sağlamaktır.

Dersin İçeriği
|
Siyaset ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet dersi, toplumsal cinsiyet ile siyasi güç arasındaki
dinamik ve karmaşık ilişkiyi ele almaktadır. Ders; toplumsal cinsiyet
kimliklerinin, rollerinin ve normlarının siyasi kurumları, kamu politikalarını ve
bireysel siyasi davranışı nasıl şekillendirdiğini incelemektedir.
