Objectives of the Course To give the foundations of Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, Digital Diplomacy philosophy and methodology to the students and to increase their awareness about new wave technologies, artificial intelligence, smart cities, blockchain and others respectively.Moreover, to present the evolution of digital diplomacy and how technologies, specifically AI will revolutionize diplomacy.
Course Content This course gives a brief understanding about the foundations of Digital Diplomacy. Moreover, evolution of industrial revolution and digital technologies shaping today’s global, post-covid 19 conditions will be emphasized. In this course, students will have a chance to deeply understand:
• Evolution of Industrial Revolution
• The terms of Digital Transformation, Digital Disruption, Techno-diplomacy, Digital Diplomacy
• Evolution of Digital Diplomacy
• Risks and Opportunities of Digital Diplomacy
• Digital Technologies shaping Diplomacy and International Relations
