Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to teach the students the basic concepts and principles of the law of obligations by evaluating the General Provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. Afterwards, it is aimed that the students learn about contracts, tort and unjust enrichment institutions, which are the sources of debt, and how these concepts are used in practice.

Course Content
|
The content of this course includes the general principles of the law of obligations, the basic concepts of the law of obligations, the sources of debt and especially the contracts, the establishment of the contract, the requirement and acceptance, the capacity to make a contract, error, deception, intimidation, excessive utilization, contractual obligations, debt execution and torts annd debts arising from unjust enrichment.
