Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to provide a very dynamic process, the rules of law that conduct international relations and the state or international organizations that apply these rules, to look at the world with a legal perspective and to evaluate international events from this optical perspective.
Course Content In this course, the legal rules governing international relations will be explained. The definition of these rules will be given and the implementation and binding elements will be covered. In addition, two subjects (States and International organizations) playing a role in international law will be among the main topics of the course. The international representation of the state and the judicial and non-judicial settlement of disputes arising in international relations will also be covered in the course.
