Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to provide students with the rules of law that guide international relations, which is a very dynamic process, Maritime Law, Air Law, Space Law, United Nations, dispute resolution and non-judicial solutions, and to ensure that they are equipped with these issues.

Course Content
|
In this course, the legal rules governing international relations will be explained. The definition of these rules will be given and the implementation and binding elements will be covered. In addition, two subjects (States and International organizations) playing a role in international law will be among the main topics of the course. The international representation of the state and the judicial and non-judicial settlement of disputes arising in international relations will also be covered in the course.
