Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to teach students the basic knowledge of condominium, movable property, easement rights, right of incumbrance, chattel mortgage and immovable mortgage and to gain the ability to apply this knowledge to concrete disputes.
Course Content In theoretical courses, legal rules, concepts and principles in the field of property law are taught in the light of scientific opinions and judicial decisions. Through practical work, the ability to apply this knowledge to concrete events is brought.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 The student who successfully completes this course, knows the aspects of the principles of comdominium that differ from the principles of Civil Code regarding movable and immovable property;
2 Knows the general rules regarding the establishment, management and termination of condominium;
3 Distinguishes between the concepts of construction servitude and condominium;
4 Knows the types of easement rights;
5 Classifies the easement rights in terms of the way of power to benefit, scope and whether they are transferable or not;
6 Knows the concept of the right of incumbrance and explains its aspects which resemble and differ from immovable mortgage and right of incumbrance;
7 Knows the types of immovable mortgage and the general principles prevailing immovable mortgage;
8 Knows the concept and provisions of lien, explains the relation between right to claim and lien, evaluates the consequences of lien arising from the contract and the law;
9 Knows the way of regulation of chattel mortage, principles prevailing chattel mortgage and the types of chattel mortgage.
