Course Content
|
Sources of enforcement law, enforcement organization, complaint, enforcement fees and expenses, parties to enforcement proceedings, execution without judgment, general attachment, commencement of enforcement proceedings, request for enforcement, payment order and finalization, objection to payment order, Cancellation of the objection and removal of the objection, foreclosure phase, foreclosure, monetization, allocation of money, foreclosure of bills of exchange, evacuation of leased immovable property, enforcement with judgment and foreclosure of pledge, precautionary attachment. Following these subjects, bankruptcy law, concordat, restructuring of capital companies and cooperatives through reconciliation, cancellation cases and general principles of enforcement crimes are within the scope of the course.

Course Methods and Techniques
|
In this course, in which special enforcement proceedings, especially the enforcement of court decisions, are also examined, bankruptcy and its consequences and liquidation are also taught by students through reading, decision review and discussion methods and techniques.
