Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to have information about the principles of criminal procedure, its stages, investigation phase, evidence and protection measures.
Course Content Within the scope of the course, the principles that dominate the criminal procedure law, the stages of procedure in general, the beginning of the investigation stage, the subjects of the investigation stage, its procedures, the concept of evidence and evidence assessment methods, protection measures will be discussed.

5 Ability to identify the connections and differences between protection measures
6 Ability to identify norms applicable to a case involving a criminal investigation problem
7 To be able to solve the problem by applying the determined norms to the concrete case
8 Developing new policies by discussing the problems in legislation and practice
