Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to teach the basic concepts of the law of inheritance, especially inheritor, deceased, estate, to handle subjects such as rates of pourparties and reserved portions of legal inheritors, transactions subject to equalising and reduction, types, interpretation and provisions of testamentary dispositions, descent of estate, community of heirs and partition of estate by considering the provisions of the Law of Inheritance, which constitute the Third Book of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721, together with the principles that govern the law of inheritance.

Course Content
|
In the theoretical courses, legal rules, concepts and principles of inheritance law are taught in the light of scientific opinions and judicial decisions. Through practical work, the ability to apply this knowledge to concrete events is gained.
