Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to have knowledge about the execution phase of punishments.
Course Content Within the scope of the course, it is planned to examine the execution period, which started after the conviction of the accused after the criminal suspicion was defeated, and to explain the basic principles regarding the execution regime to which the convict will be subject, the rights and obligations of the convicts, the penitentiary institutions and the conditions after the execution.
