Objectives of the Course
|
Fundamentals of Civil Procedure Law, principles governing the trial, application of civil procedural law rules, trial activity, functioning, case theory, case types, case conditions and first objections, opening of the case, lawsuit and response petition, prohibition of expansion and modification of the claim and defense and exceptions. It is aimed to convey theoretical and practical information about the stages of the trial and the special situations in the case.

Fundamentals of Civil Procedure Law, principles governing the trial, application of civil procedural law rules, trial activity, functioning, case theory, case types, case conditions and first objections, opening of the case, lawsuit and response petition, prohibition of expansion and modification of the claim and defense and exceptions. , stages of the trial and special situations in the case constitute the content of this course.

Students who can successfully complete this course; Can discuss basic information about the principles of civil procedural law, the application of rules and the principles governing the trial. Can evaluate the nature and subjects of the judicial activity, the independence of judges and the concepts of security of tenure. Can classify the types of cases. Can discuss the trial process. Can analyze the consequences of opening the case and filing the response petition and the special circumstances in the case.
