Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to teach students various contract types through the regulations of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 on private debt relations. In this context, definitions of various contracts such as sales contract, donation contract, lease contract,
their elements, how these contracts will be established, and the rights and obligations of the parties in these contracts will be examined.
Course Content The content of this course consists of movable and immovable sales contracts, pre-purchase, purchase and repurchase contracts, exchange of goods contract, deed of gift, contract of hire and the right of imprisonment, and details such as the characteristics, types, parties, rights and debts of all these contracts.

4 Knows the establishment and termination of the movable sales contract, the rights and obligations of the parties in this contract.
5 Knows the features of the real estate sales contract.
6 Learns the legal regulations regarding pre-purchase, purchase and repurchase agreements.
7 Knows the contracts of sale in installments, prepaid sale, sale on sample, sale with the condition of liking, sale by auction.
8 Knows the establishment and termination of the exchange of goods (barter) contract, the rights and obligations of the parties in this contract.
9 Knows the establishment and termination of the donation contract, the rights and obligations of the parties in this contract.
10 Knows the types, establishment and termination of the lease agreement, and the debts of the lessee and the lessor.
11 Can analyze the Supreme Court decisions on the subject of the course
12 Can use the theoretical knowledge learned in the course in practical application
