Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to teach students various contract types through the regulations of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 on private debt relations. In this context, definitions of various contracts such as sales contract, donation contract, lease contract, their elements, how these contracts will be established, and the rights and obligations of the parties in these contracts will be examined.

Course Content

The content of this course consists of movable and immovable sales contracts, pre-purchase, purchase and repurchase contracts, exchange of goods contract, deed of gift, contract of hire and the right of imprisonment, and details such as the characteristics, types, parties, rights and debts of all these contracts.
