Objectives of the Course Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to give general information regarding the definition and qualifications of advocacy, the place and function of legal profession in judicial system, conditions for admission to legal profession, the legal characteristic of attorney agreement, rights and liabilities of attorneys, civil, criminal and disciplinary responsibilities of attorneys, organisation of bars in Turkey.
Course Content In this course, practical information regarding legal profession besides theoretical information regarding legal basis of advocacy.
