Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Knows the relevance of different ideological tendencies with different state theories.
2 Knows the effects of ideological tendencies on the concept and practice of the state.
3 Discusses the state ideologies that have been put realized.
4 Apprehends state's social, political, economic, emotional, historical etc. various dimensions.
5 Interprets the Liberal Individualist State Theory and Its First Practices.
6 Understands the basic principles of the concept of the Social Contract.
7 Compares the effects of the liberal individualist state thory in the examples of England, America and France.
8 Interprets the Socialist State Theory and its practice in the Soviet Union.
9 Gains general information about the practices of Fascist State Theory in history.
10 Makes a connection between the concepts of welfare state and social democracy and ideological tendencies.
11 Discusses the current role of the ILO and the Welfare State conception.
12 Examines the concept of state from historical and theoretical perspectives.
