1 They can examine the importance, function, operation of the ordinary partnership and the legal regime to which it is subject.
2 The personal partnership characteristics of collective and limited partnerships can determine their differences from capital partnerships and the legal regime to which they are subject.
3 Explain the basic features of equity partnerships and their different aspects from sole proprietorships.
4 They can discuss the importance of a sole proprietorship, the rules governing it, and its difference from other partnership types.
5 They can define the rules that dominate the operation and control of the joint stock company.
