Objectives of the Course To learn the historical development of Roman Law, its effects on continental European legal systems and the basic concepts of law.
Course Content After giving the necessary historical information for the introduction of Roman law, basic concepts, which are the process and form of Roman law influencing modern law, license, validity of legal procedures etc., are examined.
