Objectives of the Course
|
The primary objective of this course is to deal with the legal aspects of the family, the smallest unit of society. The course will focus on the various issues that may arise during the establishment, continuation and termination of the family order, and the legal solutions of these issues will be discussed.

Course Content
|
The basic concepts and institutions of family law such as engagement, marriage, general provisions of marriage, termination of marriage, property regimes, lineage, adoption, alimony, custody, guardianship, trusteeship and legal counseling will be explained with practical studies.
